Master data management programs are large by nature since the aim is to provide entire enterprise with a shared trusted view of organisation’s most critical assets. In this paper, we present what dimensions and activities master program in organisation should consider how monitor such once it up running. A heatmap approach used visualize inherent complexity program. Our derived from participating four different global organisations during 2007-2020.
